Classification of Sandpaper and Cloth
Below is a brief introduction to various products:
⑴ Non woven fabric grinding sheet
This type of product is currently the most popular non-woven abrasive, also known as industrial scouring pad. Usually used manually or by machines, it is convenient, fast, and efficient, greatly saving the complexity of surface treatment. It is widely used in the polishing, deburring, and decorative lines of stainless steel and other alloy hardware products, woodworking furniture, and other aspects. There are also many applications in surface treatment in the mechanical, electronic, and ceramic industries.
⑵ Non woven fabric grinding wheel and roller
This type of product mainly includes insert type flying wing wheels, drawing wheels, laminated type fiber wheels, winding type winding wheels, non-woven fabric brush rollers, etc.
Flying wing wheels have a wide range of applications, with complete specifications and models. Due to their ability to adapt to irregular surface grinding and uniform grinding patterns, they are used in the hardware industry such as watches, door locks, handles, locks, as well as in the line processing of high-end wooden products. Currently, this type of processing technology is quite mature.
There are two types of wire drawing wheels, composite sandpaper and individual non-woven fabric. They are usually used in conjunction with electric polishing wire drawing tools (as shown in the picture) and are used for polishing and drawing satin patterns on surfaces of stainless steel, alloys, glass, and hard plastics. They are widely used in industries such as automobiles, kitchens, elevators, and glass furniture.
Laminated fiber wheels have different hardness levels. High quality fiber wheels are strong and durable, with beautiful and uniform sand patterns. They are usually operated mechanically and are currently the most commonly used type of non-woven grinding wheel. They are used for polishing, drawing, and deburring stainless steel, copper, and alloy products.
The winding wheel is a high-speed and efficient grinding wheel made of non-woven fabric wound in one direction, with different hardness. It is used for surface treatment of stainless steel, glass and other alloy products, and its efficiency and effect are better than those of wing wheels and laminated fiber wheels. It requires high-speed operation, and the surface should not be blackened or the patterns should not be chaotic, so the manufacturing process of the winding wheel is relatively difficult.
There are various types of non-woven brush rollers, including radial and coiled ones, most of which are used for deburring and decorative lines on colored steel plates, galvanized plates, laminated plates, copper plates, stainless steel plates, printed circuit boards, and nameplates. The use of non-woven brush rollers has good consistency, clear patterns, and high efficiency.
Non woven abrasive belts and discs: These products use high-strength nylon mesh fabric as the backing, supplemented by a non-woven abrasive layer. This structure is a perfect combination of excellent tensile strength and anti clogging grinding. Non woven sanding belts are commonly used for stretch treatment of metals and high-end wooden objects. Their biggest advantage is good dimensional retention of the workpiece, clear sanding effect, high smoothness, and they are not easily blocked during the grinding process. Non woven sanding belts are more than ten times more durable than ordinary sanding belts. The sand tray, combined with electric and pneumatic tools, can quickly remove coverings, rust, and other debris from various workpieces.
